CANCELLATION POLICY

RETAINER (DEPOSIT) • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The amount is based on the services selected. NEW CLIENTS • Please send pictures of nails currently and any inspo you may have (833-900-9631). Work from other techs needs to be soaked off for a proper assessment of your natural nail health. CANCELLATIONS • Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your retainer. If you book multiple services and cancel one, you will owe 50% of the remaining balance of that service. Time is very important! RESCHEDULES • Must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment via confirmation email. Same-day reschedules will result in forfeiture of your retainer. NO-SHOWS • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will be blocked from future bookings until the balance is paid in full. A payment link will be sent to the phone number on file. TARDINESS • A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you are not seated by 15 minutes, your retainer will be forfeited. If time permits, services may be adjusted to accommodate the remaining appointment time. VIP/ WAITLIST APPOINTMENTS • Requests for dates or times not available online are considered VIP appointments and require a $45 VIP fee that does not go toward the service total. FILL-INS • Fills and fullsets are priced the same due to the amount of time and techniques to make the set new again. FOREIGN FILL-INS • MMA can be very dangerous, a foreign soak off is required. NAIL BITERS/ RECONSTRUCTIONS • If you have small nail beds or bitten nails, please send pictures before booking. GUESTS • To maintain a calm and focused environment, no additional guests are permitted at this time. HEALTH & SAFETY • Masks are required. For the safety of all clients, I do not service toes with visible signs of fungal infection.
